Thomasian engineer William T. Belo is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Wilcon Depot, Inc. and the founder and Chairman of Wilcon Corporation. He is an ordinary but focused man with a strong desire to be of service to Filipino homeowners. From a small hardware store along Quezon Avenue, he expanded his operations and opened big stores with a wide variety of products and has established a name trusted by many industry professionals, home enthusiasts, and homeowners nationwide.

Besides his commitment to the construction industry, Engr. Belo remains compassionate with those in need through his socio-civic institution called Wilcon Foundation. It aims to provide education assistance to underprivileged children, extend help to victims of calamities, and make global efforts to save the environment.

In 1988, he ventured out to integrated poultry, piggery, and crocodile farm. Engr. Belo also dedicated himself to the conservation of crocodiles in the country and served as the Treasurer of Crocodylus Porosus Philippines, Inc. until today.

His influence and competence across industries have earned him Grand MVP Bossing award and the Philippine Retailers Association’s Presidents Outstanding Filipino Retailer Award.
