Engr. Wally Enrico M. Ingco is a professional who has a great passion for the field of Electronics Engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology. He furthered his academic journey by attaining a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
Engr. Ingco’s pursuit of knowledge has taken him across borders, as he was honored as an ERDT Scholar at the Ateneo de Manila University and a Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholar at the Graduate School of Life Science and Systems Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology in Japan. He also expanded his horizons as a former Research Student at Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan.
His commitment to the field is exemplified by his status as a licensed Electronics Engineer and his role as a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines – Manila Chapter. Additionally, Engr. Ingco is a distinguished Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines, further showcasing his dedication to advancing research and innovation within the country.
Engr. Ingco’s research interests are wide-ranging and forward-thinking. They encompass cutting-edge domains such as biomedical engineering, computer vision, digital signal processing, camera calibration, motion capture, machine learning, and notably assistive technology for people with disabilities. His commitment to developing solutions that enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities underscores his dedication to creating a more inclusive and accessible world.
